Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Integral Primary Care – 435 Shrewsbury St, Worcester, MA 01604
Compensation: $60-$70/hour | 20-24 hours/week

Position Summary
We’re seeking a confident and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our part-time team. You’ll work directly with the practice owner to manage a balanced caseload of 10–14 patients/day in a setting focused on depth of care, not volume.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care

Manage patients with both routine and medically/socially complex needs

Use AI-enabled tools and eClinicalWorks EMR to streamline documentation

Maintain accurate medical coding and complete notes in a timely manner

Collaborate with the provider and administrative team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
Schedule & Pay

24 hours/week (3 days/week; flexible schedule)

$60-$70/hour

W-2 or 1099 arrangement available
Qualifications
-
Preferred 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner ( Minimum 2+)

Confident practicing independently in a primary care setting

Experience with community health or underserved populations is a plus

Proficient in medical coding and documentation workflows

Familiarity with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred

Massachusetts NP license with DEA registration and prescriptive authority

Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus

Success Metrics
Performance in this role will be evaluated across several areas, including:

Preventive care compliance: e.g. colorectal screening, A1C control, BP management
-
Timely documentation: ≥90% of notes closed within 24 hours

Coding accuracy: ≥95% coding compliance rate (no consistent under/overcoding)

Utilization of AI documentation tools to reduce after-hours charting

Patient engagement: panel retention, no-show/cancellation rates

Team collaboration: task responsiveness, follow-up timeliness, and peer feedback
